Shipping Policy:
In accordance with the international postal regulations and standards, packages (cartons purchased) are each shipped separately. As a result, if more than one package
(carton) is ordered, there may be more than one delivery date; packages do not always arrive on the same day, though shipped on the same day and may be received in
intervals within our guaranteed delivery time period.
Furthermore, each package is carefully packaged and sealed in a specially designed box to ensure that no damage is caused to the product.
Shipping Time
Normal shipping time is between 14 to 21 days-up to 30 Days via registered Air mail.
In some rare cases (especially during the holiday season) cigarettes cartons have been reported to arrive later then 21 days or even after 30 days, therefore in case of
undelivered goods refunds will be granted only after 60 days from the original purchase date.
Return Policy
Refunds are guaranteed in cases where the package is unopened, denied upon delivery and is unsigned for. In such cases, an email must be sent by the customer
informing us of the return, including the order number and reason for the return. Unless cancelled before the shipment has left our warehouse, the customer will be charged
for shipping and handling costs for each package cancelled.
In cases where the products are taxed and customer wishes to return the package/s, the above rules apply.
